FAQ
Dentists, specialists, and authorized practice users can create referrals from the dashboard or provider portal.
Each referral has a status, urgency, patient and provider context, notes, documents, and a detail page for lifecycle updates.
Patients can see referrals that are owned by them or match their exact patient name.
Specialists can see referrals assigned to their exact provider name or referrals they own.
Use the Upload screen or Attach Document action on a referral detail page. Production storage should be private and access controlled.
